Ishan Arora

Ishan Arora’s journey to becoming a legal professional in Canada is a testament to resilience, empathy, and an unwavering dedication to justice. As an international student, he began his Canadian experience through the Paralegal program at Sir Sandford Fleming College. There, he developed a solid academic foundation and practical experience through training at a community legal clinic — offering legal help to individuals who often had nowhere else to turn.
Ishan’s early career included hands-on roles as a Legal Assistant in a respected Personal Injury law firm in Toronto, followed by articling with one of the city's leading Immigration and Refugee law firms. These formative experiences helped shape his understanding of the challenges newcomers face when navigating complex legal systems.
After being called to the Bar by the Law Society of Ontario, Ishan founded Arora Law Services — a client-first legal practice offering immigration and family law support across Canada. What makes Ishan stand out is not just his legal acumen but his community-centered approach. He proudly accepts Legal Aid Ontario certificates for refugee applications, ensuring that vulnerable clients — including refugees and low-income individuals — have access to representation when they need it most.

Community Involvement : Partnering with Afro Canadian Development
Ishan Arora is proud to be associated with the Afro Canadian Development organization through its Legal Assistance Program. As part of this initiative, Ishan offers legal guidance and support to members of marginalized communities, including immigrants and refugees, who are often underrepresented in the justice system.
Through his role in this program, Ishan accepts Legal Aid Ontario certificates for refugee applications and works closely with individuals in urgent need of representation. His involvement with Afro Canadian Development reflects his deep commitment to ensuring access to justice for all, regardless of background or financial status.
